The name “Seten” comes from the Turkish name for the ancient round stone mill used to process grains. In addition to a Seten stone mill, we have an original cave room used for centuries to press grapes into wine. This room is now our Wine Cave Cellar and we continue to use this traditional method to make homemade wines – visit our Wine Cave Cellar for a local wine tasting experience to remember! Savor local dishes, made fresh daily in the traditional method.

A Recognition of Craft: Michelin Guide 2026

2026

Seten Restaurant has been recognized in the Michelin Guide 2026 selection, marking a significant milestone in its journey. This recognition is not defined by luxury alone, but by consistency, authenticity, and a deep respect for culinary heritage.
At Seten, the philosophy has always been clear: to preserve the essence of Anatolian cuisine while presenting it with precision and care. The Michelin distinction reflects this commitment—acknowledging a kitchen rooted in tradition, shaped by time, and executed with discipline.
Rather than redefining cuisine, Seten refines it. Rather than following trends, it remains grounded in its origins. This recognition is not a transformation, but a confirmation of what Seten has always been.
