Süleyman Efendi
Born and raised in Cappadocia and originally from Uçhisar, Süleyman has spent 18 years in the hospitality industry, with the last nine years dedicated to wine education, tasting experiences, and beverage consultancy.
He holds WSET Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and has further expanded his expertise by attending four specialized seminars on Italian wines organized by ADCO in Italy. His professional development also includes wine list engineering training with renowned Turkish wine experts Mehmet Yalçın and Oğul Türkkan.
Specializing in wine, wine service, premium spirits, and bar management, Süleyman combines international wine knowledge with a deep understanding of Cappadocia's unique wine heritage. His tastings offer not only exceptional wines but also the stories, traditions, and culture that have shaped one of the world's oldest wine regions.
