Seten Wine

A Journey Through Time

Kapadokya has long been a land where nature and human craftsmanship exist in quiet harmony. Beyond its iconic landscapes lies a deeper heritage—vineyards shaped by volcanic soil, nurtured by harsh winters and sun-filled summers, and cultivated through centuries of patience. Winemaking here is not a trend; it is a legacy.

At Seten, this legacy is brought to life through a curated selection of wines that reflect both tradition and refinement. Each bottle carries the character of Cappadocia—structured, expressive, and grounded in its origins. The region’s unique terroir gives depth to every grape, while modern techniques ensure balance, clarity, and elegance in every sip.

The Expression of Seten

Our wines are not simply produced; they are interpreted.
Each label represents a different expression of the land:

  • Seten Chardonnay (White Wine)
A fresh and refined profile shaped by the mineral-rich soils of Cappadocia. Balanced acidity meets subtle fruit notes, offering a clean, elegant finish that reflects the region’s natural purity.

  • Seten Cabernet Sauvignon – Syrah (Red Wine)
A bold yet harmonious blend. Deep aromas, layered structure, and a long finish define this wine—capturing both the strength of the land and the sophistication of careful craftsmanship.

These selections are not designed to impress at first glance, but to unfold over time—just like the region they come from.

More Than Wine

At Seten, wine is not just part of the table—it is part of the story.

Each glass connects the past with the present:
the rhythm of harvests, the patience of aging, and the quiet expertise behind every bottle. Paired with the richness of Anatolian cuisine, our wines elevate not only flavor, but the entire dining experience.

This is not just a collection,it is a continuation of Cappadocia’s living heritage.

And every glass is an invitation—to slow down, to explore, and to taste something that has been shaped by time itself.
