Topaç Garlic
Cultivated in Topaç Village, located in Acıgöl district of Nevşehir, this distinctive garlic is renowned for its rich aroma and exceptional quality. It adds depth and character to our signature meat dishes and traditional Anatolian recipes.

Ayhan Eggplant
Grown in Ayhan Village near Avanos, these thin-skinned eggplants are prized for their naturally sweet flavor and delicate texture. Harvested seasonally, they feature prominently in our roasted vegetables and traditional regional dishes.

Derinkuyu Beans
Cultivated in the fertile soils of Derinkuyu, these premium dry beans are valued for their thin skin, rich flavor, and excellent cooking quality. They are an essential ingredient in our seasonal interpretations of traditional Anatolian cuisine.

Nevşehir Pumpkin Seeds

Grape Molasses
One of Cappadocia's oldest culinary traditions, grape molasses is produced from local grape varieties such as Emir, Dimrit, and other indigenous cultivars using traditional methods without additives. The molasses we serve is made from GI-certified Nevşehir grapes, preserving the authentic taste of the region.








Vine Leaves
The delicate, aromatic vine leaves harvested from Cappadocia's vineyards are indispensable in traditional stuffed vine leaves. They represent one of the finest expressions of the region's centuries-old viticultural heritage.
Grown in the fertile valley nourished by the Kızılırmak River, the Karakaya quince from Avanos is distinguished by its balanced sweetness and pleasant acidity. It is featured in both our desserts and selected traditional recipes.
